Ordering and Shipping
What does each placenta cocoon come with?
Each cocoon comes with a biodegradable corn starch bag, a white plastic bag for safe travel home (removable before burial), guidelines on how to ensure a biodegradable burial, natural adornments, a placenta blessing you may like to read during the ceremony PLUS a packet of wildflower seeds all tied with natural twine to secure your cocoon.
Can I choose my adornments?
Yes, you can choose any two of the following: Polished Paua (abalone) pieces, Whole small Paua shell, Wooden Hearts or Butterflys, handcrafted Flax Flowers or natural feathers or leave it up to us to create for you.
How long does it take to make a cocoon and post it to me?
Each cocoon is handcrafted and bespoke, when we receive your order and process your payment I will start designing and creating it. Usually it takes around 2-3 days to create + 3-7 days for postage. If shipping is international, please allow longer.

Prices range from $20.00 (little lovelies) $75.00 (placenta cocoon) + shipping, please contact us with your requirements so we can give you a personal quote.
What are the costs for shipping?
We are earth friendly so will try and use recycled packaging when possible. Costs vary throughout New Zealand and Internationally. Please contact Janine at earthfriendly@orcon.net.nz for costs. Or arrangements can be made to pick up if you or someone you know lives in Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We will send you an invoice with our bank details when you place your order. Business are very welcome to open an account T's and C's apply - account needs to be paid in 15 days.
I'm a business wanting to purchase in bulk, do you offer discounts?
Short answer... Yes, we are happy to offer discount for bulk purchases.

Are you GST registered?
Yes
